CVBasic IDE v1.3.1 Released

Version 1.3.1 is now available to download containing:

- Bug-fixes

- Corrected syntax highlighting

- The ability to load INI files from previous versions

- A new '16k RAM' option (see below) in readiness for CVBasic 5.2

Note:

- '-ram16k' option only applicable for MSX machines

- '-ram16k' option will cause an error if enabled before CVBasic 5.2
