CVBasic IDE v1.5.0 Released

- Fixed: The IDE would sometimes  hang  during a 'Replace All' operation

- Fixed: 'Replace All' sometimes failed to replace text located before the cursor

- Added: 'Target Editor' for compatibility with future CVBasic targets
